《中国甜食工业》简介
《中国甜食工业》由中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会主办，是中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会会刊。作为中国甜食行业惟一一本专业期刊，将于2006年1月创刊。
《中国甜食工业》办刊宗旨为：为甜食行业服务，为甜食企业服务，做促进中国甜食工业发展与创新的发动机。编辑方针是：调查研究、真实报道、褒贬得当、创新图强，融知识性、权威性、前瞻性、科学性、实用性、可读性于一体。主要任务是：宣传党和国家发展甜食产业的方针、政策，介绍国内外甜食企业的先进经验，传播甜食行业各种信息，指导和促进甜食生产、流通、消费健康发展。杂志内容涉及：糖果巧克力及可可制造业，冰淇淋制造业，果脯、蜜饯、果冻、休闲食品等其它甜食制造业及原配辅料供应企业，包装材料制造业，机械设备制造业等。
《中国甜食工业》将以大视野、大流通、大市场的特色，引领中国甜食市场，关注世界甜食市场，其主要栏目为：本刊特稿、独家专访、行业前瞻、企业访谈、数据说话、市场快报、国际资讯、世界之窗、市场五味、热点冷看、一家言、点评甜食、原辅配料、包装世界、机械装备、政策法规、会展报道、精品推介等。为适应读者需要，本刊每期还将推出专辑，对企业关心的焦点、热点问题，作出集中报道。

It is an engine to promote development and innovation
of sweet food industries in China

<< China Sweets Industry>> is edited supervise the publication
by the China Bakery and Sweets Indsutries Association (CBSA), which is an
association’s magazine for this field. This magazine will be created publication
on January 2006, which is ony one speciality magazine in
China sweets industry.
Mission of pablication << China Sweets Indsutry>> as
follows: To service sweets industry and sweets enterprises, It
is an engine to promote the innovation and development sweets industry
in China. Editor’s policy is below sectors as the survey and studying,
report fact, suitable compeliment and criticism, innovation and
development,enrich knowlogede, authority, long term view, scientific,
practical and readable together. Major goal introduce the policy,
rule of the party and government; introduce the advantage expriences
of sweet food industiers from domestic and oversee; disseminate
various news of sweet food indsutries; guide and promote the health
developing within production dstribution and consumption. The content
of magazine assume about confectionery,chocolate and cocoa processing,
ice cream processing, perserved fruit, jelly, snack food, other
raw materials, package materials,equipments and etc.
